In at Andover! My child only applied to Andover and Hotchkiss so grateful to have at least one option.

depends on the year but movement is pretty rare

Waitlisted for Andover grade 12 (as a recruited athlete), shi is heartbreaking. Definitely thought I’d get in. Thought my appli was pretty good for an athlete too and coach was throwing lots of hints.
Rejected for Exeter grade 12 (not recruited athlete), seems Exeter is extremely difficult to get into from what I’ve seen/heard.
Accepted into Deerfield (grade 11 repeat (applied for grade 11 for groton too as a recruited athlete as there’s on grade 12 entry, but got waitlisted)). Definitely felt like I’d get in. It’s an accomplishment at least. But I really didn’t want to reclass, if I end up with Deerfield as my only choice, might ask admissions to put me in grade 12 but coach would be mad.
All God does is good. Just waiting for Choate now where I applied for grade 12 but not as a recruited athlete so that will be extremely difficult.
