Hi all. Ultimately I want to get my Psy.D in Clinical Psychology and specialize in Neuropsychology. The best program for me that I’ve seen so far is at Widener University in Chester, PA.

My sister, who just received her Masters degree from Bucknell University in School Psychology, advised me to apply to some schools for their MA program and others for the Psy.D because many schools don’t accept students in the Psy.D program right away with just a Bachelors. So here’s the issue. How do I determine which program to apply for at Widener? They have the exact program I want, but I’m afraid if I apply for the Psy.D program, I won’t get accepted. Should I apply for the MA and then go from there?

Thanks!
