<p>Whatever they have on their site is what is required. Wouldn’t a secondary school report be the same thing as the transcript pretty much?</p>

<p>I would recommend you mail them sealed recommendations, all packaged in individual envelopes from each teacher. Mailing an open recommendation is unprofessional and discredits the document because, in theory, you were able to read (and probably make suggestions to it) before it go there.</p>
