im practicing for a test and i found this question
Why wont macbeth take the daggers back to the scene of the crime?
is it because he is afraid to look at duncan and see what he has done
or because he is afraid to be caught to be look suspicious

i say because he is afraid to look at duncan, but im not sure…can anyone help on this? thx
like is anyone an expert on this book or has read it?

I’ll go no more: / I am afraid to think what I have done; / Look on’t again I dare not" (2.2.47-49).

this is what he says…to me that means hes afraid to look at it,

but isnt the logical answer that hes afraid to looks suspicious?
