I am currently an undergrad attending Macaulay at Baruch. I plan on majoring in Economics. I just wanted to know whether top grad schools like Wharton, Harvard, Stanford, etc. (just to name a few well-known business schools) view Macaulay as a respectable school. Macaulay isn’t a ranked college so how do colleges know its worth? I know that grad schools look at where a student got his undergrad degree and the gpa he/she recieved there. Say for example a student got a 3.4 gpa at NYU, that would look better than a 3.8 from an Macaulay CUNY school since people think CUNY schools are easier. A lot of people don’t even know about Macaulay outside of NYC. What are other people’s take on this?
