<p>So in my Activities section, I wrote that I “leaded” meetings instead of “lead” meetings for one club. I use “lead” correctly in another description.</p>

<p>I’ve already submitted the application to one school, so I can’t make any changes without making a new separate application.</p>

<p>Will colleges care?</p>

<p>We will never know.</p>

<p>I will say yes, but it is to a negligible degree. One mistake may strike adcoms as careless, but unless there are other errors, that will probably be forgotten.</p>
