Hello guys, I just realized I made a stupid mistake. So today I realized that on my UC application, I could have left the suffix part blank. I don’t have a suffix, but I put in “SR” because I thought that was what people all technically were. So I was admitted to Berkeley, but my name contains the suffix “SR” even though it does not contain that on my passport. Where should I go to change this? Should I just email the Cal Student Affairs with my student ID and password to fix this mistake?
Just call the Registrar’s office. They will tell you which form to fill out depending on whether they consider this a name correction or a name change.
