Mailing form from another Country

<p>I am currently on vacation in Germany. I live in Canada. </p>

<p>I need to mail a Tax Non-Filing form to Cornell. However, since I am staying at various hotels and traveling all around the country, I don’t have an address to put as a return address on the envelope. Can I write my permanent address back in Canada on the envelope?</p>
