<p>Also, in regards to that question, I have a recommendation letter from my city’s school committee chairwoman. She is neither a teacher nor a counselor. Will I still be able to send this in?</p>

<p>You can provide addresses stamped envelopes for the non teacher rec to mail theirs. Make sure you have them write your common app ID # on the letters to help match you when it gets to the school.</p>
<p>I don’t know what cut off your teacher is talking about. If the teacher uploads their rec before the application deadline, it can be uploaded by the college.</p>
