<p>When I mail my parents’ 2011 tax return to Yale, what do I need to write on it so that they know it’s me, besides my name? like, do I need to put social security number and stuff like that so they can easily identify whose the mail belongs to? Thanks</p>
<p>I read on Yale’s page that you must write your number and birth date.
At least that’s what I wrote</p>
<p>How about a post it note on the front page with your name and HS and home town (if different than what’s on the form)?</p>
