I have an optional recommender who is the coordinator for the non profit I volunteer at. She chose to mail the letters to all of the schools I applied to. But what I found out was that when she mailed it, there was no seal on it, but it was on one of their customized envelopes. And she only included my name and Common App Identification number to identify me. Would the offices of undergraduate admissions accept that.
