Thank you. We are in Western Massachusetts right now. We had a little snow but there is supposed to be a bunch of rain today.
DH is in Camden ME. He says they had about an inch of white fluffy snow. Rain to follow. Just preparing for mud season!

You’re lucky to be a little further south now. Waterville is predicted to get up to 15 inches of snow today.

The snow comments prompted me to check on our cabin in the Sebago Lake area. It’s snowing hard, and the cabin and forest are frosted. I wish I were there…

That’s beautiful. DH is on the seacoast and they are seeing rain now.

We got about 6”, north of Portland. I’m very glad we postponed my husband’s surprise party until tomorrow. Looks like the turnout will be about the same as we expected today. We lost a few but we also gained a few.
Now my biggest concern is our extremely icy driveway. I may have to “ferry” guests from their cars up to the house.

I’d guess this to be showing a metamorphic rock formation, from a time in the Paleozoic Era when North America and Europe were attached.
