<p>I am admitted for Undeclared - Social sciences… but I am starting to want to do something with premed because of my siblings… that is in a totally different school @ davis right? how hard is premed @ davis and how hard to change major to a different school?</p>

<p>Pre med is an emphasis that students like to designate to themselves that states they are taking courses required for medical school. There is no official major or minor or whatever at Davis for this. It’s just a social or status recognition to one another.</p>
<p>Pre med is pretty competitive at davis considering the school is reputed for it’s science program and it has it’s own Medical school. Majority of students who come to davis seem like they are interested in nothing but pre-med sometimes haha. Jussst kidding.</p>
<p>You can pick any major you like and be pre-med just as long as you fulfill your requirements for medical school =)</p>
