major/ faculties @ mcgill

<p>im a little bit confused by the different faculties and programs that mcgill has</p>

<p>if i want to get into something along the lines of global health or something business/political science, would i be able to do all this? or would i have to choose either business or health(not like premed though)? is there a way to combine them?</p>
