Major in Philosophy and Economics

Im going to DePaul university next year.

I want to major in both Economics and Philosophy, due to the deep interest I have in both.
My concentration, for the economics major will be “Quantitative Economics”, so I will be taking a lot of math classes. I want to major in philosophy because it is interesting and it will make me a better thinker.

What do you guys think?

Hi there!

Those are two very great areas of academic interest at DePaul. As long as you let your counselor know that you want to double major in those two fields right from day 1, they should help sort out your schedule so that you can still graduate in 4 years.

Best of luck to you!
