Major issue with SAT

Hi there, I’m in big troubles and I need advices. I’m international and today I had to take the SAT. I has registered for the test since ages but today I hadn’t been able to take it. The reason is that my test center was into an American air base and I needed a visitor visa permission in order to enter, but I didn’t know that 'cause both my ticket and collegeboard just said I needed my passport so I assumed I would have gotten a permission once there.
I am applying to two cinematic arts majors so the deadline is today and now I don’t know what to do. I don’t think they will consider my scores if I take the January test, will they? I will try to take the ACT next Saturday but I doubt they will have seats since I don’t have a reservation. What should I do? Is it even worth applying? USC was my first choice and I had all the materials ready :(

I asked USC whether or not January scores reach them in time, and they said that “generally they do not unless it is rushed”. I would take them if I were you, then rush the mailing ASAP.

Thank you @blueflowers! I will totally try then… at least there is still a hope! Do you know how can I ruch the mailing process of the scores? I will do anything I can

bump? I had applied at the end… but now what? Should I mail them and explain the situation or just hope my January scores arrive on time?

I would email them. At least to let them know your scores are coming. Good luck!

How can I contact them? I think I’m not able to call since international calls costs

Well I’ve never called because I’m also international, but you can email them. Try to find your admissions counselor (https://camel2.usc.edu/admceebsearch/ugappfindcounselor.aspx</a>) and explain them your situation.
