Major philosophy exam coming up - how do I study??

How does one study for a philosophy exam?? I’m getting anxious just thinking about it.

I’ve done all the readings, aced all the quizzes, and am now trying to rewrite all my notes and put together quiz questions for a practice test, but what else can I do?

Thanks.

Has your professor told you how your exam is going to be set up? Mine were particularly difficult- one or two questions that were based on the readings (just pick one) and write a 2+ page essay on it. Basically, you had to be familiar with the readings to do well on them but they focused a lot on doing your own thinking and interpretation.

It sounds like you’re relatively well prepared, so I’ll just parrot back some cliche advice: don’t stay up all night studying (to be well rested for the exam), don’t panic (because panic = forgetting things), and go into the exam well fed and with a bottle of water.
