MAJOR PROBLEM: Where should i go?? Advice?

-Age 16, Asian-American, born in US, rising senior at Oakton High School (I think that it was ranked 88 best public HS in US).
-don’t know my class rank, but I am sure that I am top in top 20% of class
-GPAs(weighted): Freshman = 4.0, Sophomore = 4.1, Junior = 3.69. Overall: 3.93. My low Junior GPA and low exam scores was due to swine flu&surgery.
-low income–currently working on Questbridge Scholarship…but if I do not make it, I must prepare for CommonApp, so I’d like to have some advice.

Advice on where I should go?
Thank you SO MUCH.

Obviously you should apply to UVA since you have need. UNC would also work.
