In UVA what’s the Interdisciplinary major? Is that where you combine like a few classes to make up a major. Is Neuroscience one of them? Also if anyone is majoring in it what classes do you take? Are there like Neuroscience classes?

BUMP Please Answer

Interdisciplinary Major - http://artsandsciences.virginia.edu/college/imp/index.html

There is an existing Neuroscience major with neuroscience classes. Check the course directory: www.virginia.edu/cod. You’ll probably also need to take psychology and biology courses. It’s a fairly wide field and the major’s requirements are open so the classes you will take will be highly dependent on what you actually want to do in neuroscience. I think UVA conducts undergraduate research in the field as well.

So like it’s not that strong of a major since you can take the classes that you want. I’m deciding between that and Human Biology or Biomedical Engineering or Business

Quite the opposite, sciencenerd. The program is for innovative students who want to create their program.
