Two months ago, I graduated from a Maryland High School. Due to the state and some county laws, I was not awarded a High school Diploma but an International Student Certificate.
I stayed and schooled in MD for one academic year as an exchange student(senior). Before coming to the US in 2006, I was supposed to be a high school senior in my country but because of my exchange program, I did not finish or graduate from home school. I only completed my Junior year in my home school and my Senior year of high in the states.
Suffice it to say, I was writing to find out if I could get admission into a US College/University with my international student certificate together with my transcripts from both high schools combined.
Thank You!

You should probably ask the admissions offices at schools you are considering applying to. Policies seem like they could vary widely between different institutions. Good luck!
