Well, not exactly, but here’s how the conversation goes:
A person is permitted one wish, with a few limits. One cannot wish for more wishes, and one cannot make a broad, altruistic wish such as for a cure for Aids or cancer, curing world hunger, or knowing the origin of the universe, to name a few examples. This wish must be aimed more personally, or as some might say- somewhat selfishly.

Some wished for youth or beauty(think Dorian Gray), but so far, most have thought of things like comic book superpowers such as: invisibility at will, X-ray vision, super-hearing. Other ideas have been: power to read minds at will, power to control minds(think Obi-Wan briefly controlling Imperial Guards in Star Wars), one thought of having the power to go back and forth in time in one’s own life at will, and keeping full memory, thus permitting an individual to choose to repeat or change an action(think movie Grounghog Day). Another idea was telekenesis, and this fellow mentioned controlling the roll of dice or a roulette wheel.
Another spoke of power to diagnose and cure ailments of people he touched similar to John Coffee character in The Green Mile movie. Although this one stretches the “altruistic” condition, this fellow went on to say he’d like to work for an OB/GYN, so once we better understood “who” and what “parts” he wants to heal… well I’m sure this group gets where he was going.
Last one suggested so far, was in response to the previous healer wish, and wished for the power to cure ailing pets rather than humans.

Anybody have opinions on these already suggested?
Anybody have suggestions for other wishes, within the guidelines?
