<p>if i’m not mistaken, you have to get admitted to both programs separately first in order to be able to pursue the joint degree. that means you need to pass both the harvard law adcom and the fletcher adcom. this also means taking the LSAT for harvard law and the GRE for fletcher (the GMAT may substitute the GRE though). </p>
<p>the tricky part here is that the fletcher adcom might look for work experience since many professional master’s in IR (MALD is similar) “require” it (think the IR version of MBA), whereas the harvard law admissions doesnt require work experience.</p>

<p>^ It’s possible to get in with substantial work experience during school and the summer from what I’ve heard. Funny enough, I’ve been looking into that program as well, but I’ll only be a Freshman at Tufts this fall.</p>
