Hi all, I’m a incoming junior Marshall transfer for Fall 2025 and I’m looking to see if anyone has any housing available (or is also looking for housing lol). Won’t have a car so hoping to find something within a 20min walk to campus. I’m open to making new friends and in my spare time love playing volleyball (beach&indoor), basketball and always down for whatever’s fun! Feel free to reach out!

Finding something within a 20 min walk should not be difficult. Look for something with the DPS zone. Even within the DPS zone, research into how safe/secure the building is.
There are large complexes that rent by the bed. Off the top of my head, look at Tuscany, Icon, West 27 & Gateway. There are others as well. Lorenzo is a huge complex that seems like it always has openings. It is a little farther away.
Did you join the USC Facebook group? People are constantly posting info about rooms for rent or subleases. If nothing else, you can ask what people’s experience have been with different complexes or landlords.
