Our local HS and School District Handbook is 64 pages and students and and parents MUST sign each and every year (there are always updates) that they have read and understood it. And it specifically discusses hate speech, bullying, social media, attendance, tardiness, etc., expectations of students and parents, virtually any and all nonsense like this in WI.
Come on, it’s 2018 folks. Punish the kids.
