Management Information System Or Business Analyst

Hello my fellow human!

I just relocated to Texas and I am struggling to find an inexpensive university that offers MIS or Business Analyst Degree. See, I just moved from Minnesota and I attended Metro State which is a very inexpensive university, cost per credit is 300. Most colleges I saw online are 40,000 per year or over 1000 per credit. Any tips or advice? I would really like to continue my dream to become a business analyst but I don’t want to be bury in student loans after I am done.

FWIW, my school (UNT Denton) offers a business degree in information tech/systems that is way better than MIS. You can also major in decision sciences (business statistics) to become an analyst. These two degrees are much better than your run of the mill MIS degrees (for instance, way better than the UT Austin equivalent).
