Marathon theatre weekend in London - what not to miss?

<p>So - if you had one full weekend completely dedicated to theatre in London what would be on the top of your list?</p>

<p>Shows already seen include: War Horse and Cirque du Soleil Totem.</p>

<p>High on the list Les Mis</p>

<p>Are there any theatres you would recommend, any off Broadway shows, any shows at all? It would be theatre overload but I’m thinking of 3-4 shows in a weekend</p>

<p>All suggestions welcome</p>

<p>(I’m posting this on the Parent Cafe board too - seems like there are lots of travelers there as well)</p>

<p>Both excellent shows but he’s seen them in NY. How about anything special that is in London or possibly shows like this that are different in London.</p>

<p>Les Mis is a favorite and he has seen it in NY also</p>

<p>Any off the beaten path theatres not to be missed?</p>

<p>The most famous show in London is Mousetrap. It has been running for more than 50 years continually.</p>

<p>Many theatres in London are closed on Sundays.</p>

<p>Do you know of any theatres that are open on Sunday - </p>

<p>I’ll check and see if the Globe does tours on Sunday. If not than museums are the next option - have to see what Sunday hours are there too.</p>
