It seems to me…no matter how much I party and relax and do whatever I think March is the longest month

I agree. Only 13 more days though.

A year ago, it seemed to go by so quickly…

I’m just finishing my first week of spring break, which is making it worse. Rather be running around with schoolwork – days jump by – than stay at home and watch TV.

hey-mattyblueeyes-hear anything from usc yet. sounds like you’ve gone my route. where else did you apply.

yeah this month has been like trying to run 500s in mud up to my knees

that reminds me of one of our xc workouts. we had huge storms from recent hurricanes, and we were supposed to do 400s on the track. we got there, saw that it had at least a foot of water flooded on it, and figured we’d be doing something else. but no…we did those 400s (slogging through the mess was kind of fun), followed by mudsliding in the soccer field. ooooooh yeaaaaaaaaaah

hahahah that sounds…fun…cough yeah.

400s. ha. yeah. that’s what i meant. (my excuse is i was distance and stayed as far away from sprinting as possible)

“hahahah that sounds…fun…cough yeah.”

Hah it’s awesome!!
Our soccer season was like that. The unfortunate thing is that some teams lacked tact. They wouldn’t allow us to stop playing even though there was lightning and half of the field was covered. lol Oh well! It was so fun!

haha i love our insane workouts (in an odd, love-hate sort of way). i’m distance too, and the other girls and i always look with envy upon the other event people. why can’t we have a technique day that involves us just rotating our legs or practicing footwork? ahh oh well, there’s a reason we do distance.

I miss Cross Country :(
