<p>Does anyone know if the March scales tend to be in the low or middle of the range shown in BB? If Jan has the best curve, how does the March curve compare to Jan?</p>
<p>It appears that you could perform exactly as you did in Jan (wrong or omit) & get a lower score in March because the curve is harsher. Has this happened?</p>
<p>If you perform the same, you get the same score. That’s the purpose of scaling and equating (what everyone here thinks is “curving”)</p>
<p>On a rare occasion, CB finds fault with a test question (perhaps the booklets had print problems?), and throws it out after-the-fact; but, they then rescale. But, there is no difference among test dates.</p>
