Marketplace food is actually improved!

<p>I’ve been participating in pre-orientation activities for which the marketplace has been providing food - god forbid, it’s delicious.</p>

<p>Roast pork with pineapple chutney, delicious breakfast potatoes, perfectly steamed and seasoned fresh vegetables, and, even for a box lunch, a freshly roast beef sandwich with seasoned red bell pepper, sliced mushroom.</p>

<p>The food is not only good for institutional food standards…it simply tastes great.</p>

<p>My upperclass friends and I are even talking about grabbing meals at the Marketplace once the year starts - this never would have been the case with Aramark running the place. Bon Appetit IS a huge improvement.</p>
