I’ve seen a few of these pop up. Starting a list and hoping others will add on. Dickinson and College of Wooster are having a junior visit day. Unfortunately none are nearby so hoping others will post if they have knowledge of other schools hosting.
I got a couple of emails about Bates hosting visits on MLK day to show off many of the speakers coming in. It looks geared towards highlighting inclusity and diversity in the community, but it still has some events specifically for prospective students.
