I graduated from USC’s prestigious film school in 2008. I have been employed but not really happy in this industry. I have always been interested in Business and Human Resources. I have researched Masters Degrees and learned that this is one of the top paying jobs for women and in this economy. I feel it is a stable and I will be make more money in this industry. However, I already went to a very expensive private school and paying back those loans are killer. I was wondering if it would be terrible if I went to a CSU? I was considering CSULB or CSUF. I had excellent grades from USC so it is not because of grades. It is strictly because of the money situation. What do you suggest in my situation?

Whats wrong with a CSU? Go for the best schools you can afford. There’s no point in adding more debt when it might take you forever to break even.

yeah it’s always better to have minimal loans for your BA years and for your MA you can go to the most expensive schools. The reason for my opinion is because I think a BA is basically useless nowadays.
