Master's for Undergraduates

Hi there!

I was doing some research and found out that Harvard, Penn, and Stanford all have well established programs in place that help undergraduates work towards getting their Master’s and Bachelor’s degrees either simultaneously (or their Master’s just after doing their Bachelor’s).

I was wondering whether Yale offered anything similar to Harvard’s AB/AM program, Penn’s Submatriculation scheme or Stanford’s Coterm Guide?

Thanks in advance!

Yes Yale does have these programs but they are generally specific to each department… there is no overarching BA/MA program. They generally require a certain number of graduate level electives, the maintenance of a certain percentage of grades as A’s, and some higher-level research projects. For example, here is the worksheet for Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology — http://mcdb.yale.edu/sites/default/files/forms/mcdb_bs_ms_worksheet_2016.pdf</a>

I don’t know what you’re interested in but check specific Yale departments’ undergraduate studies pages for more information.

Woo: FWIW: This is a question that is easily answered by googling " Yale bachelor and master’s programs." You can do that for any college without having to query folks on CC.
