Masters in Biotechnology vs Masters in Chemical Engineering

I have completed my undergrad in Chemical Engineering and I want to do masters. I got into Michigan Tech in USA for MS in chemical engineering and RMIT in Australia for MS in Biotechnology. I have always been interested in biotechnology and the application of engineering principles to deal with biological issues. I am confused about where to go. I want to know which of the two is a better option in terms of employability and what the job prospects of the degrees are in USA and Australia. Is it better to do masters in chemical or masters in biotech?
