Hi, i have finished my Bachelors in Architecture and i would like to do masters in Interior Designing, and my i haven’t applied yet, and my choices are Rhode Island School of Design, Pratt and Savannah College of Art and Design. Please help me which one good with education and as well as providing help in the fee, and am from india so i qualify as an international student, Thank you
You will be paying the full cost to attend either of these schools…about $50,000 UDS per year.
But there are scholarships and financial aids provided right?
Not likely for a masters degree. You’d be offered some loans. Not worth that much in loans.
These schools have very limited scholarship money. As a graduate student, you would have to be very talented, with an outstanding portfolio, to garner a scholarship for masters work.
Money for masters degrees here is merit money for the most part…based on the strength of your application and the desire for the school to have you in the grad cohort. Design schools, and other arts schools have limited resources, but perhaps some scholarships, grants or assistantship monies are available.
Contact the schools directly to find out if you would be eligible for these as an international student…and what you need to submit for consideration.
But really…it likely won’t be a full, free ride.
How much can you pay per year?
Actually, these schools do have scholarships, fellowships, and assistantships. You should contact each school to ask what might be available for you.
