<p>Any insight on these programs? My D is looking to do a phD in some kind of molec. bio/cell bio/genetic biology but is considering MD/phD. When she stumbled on phD programs with a “Masters in Medicine” or translational Medicine she felt this is more of interest to her but she is not sure. How does a college jr. figure out what actually is out there! She is trying to explore all of this now. She has been to meetings at school but the emphasis is on Med school admissions. For graduate school she still is trying to figure out what the best approach is to narrow down what to apply for and where. She’s been so busy but plans on sitting down with her research mentor and advisor and exploring the career center.</p>
<p>I was hoping one of my cc friends who has been thru this could help her sift thru this stuff quicker. </p>
