My annual thread since this is part of my professional world and things are “a buzzing” today.
Tomorrow, March 15 is Match Day. The day when graduating medical students find out where they land for medical residency training.
Those who have matched already know they have matched…but tomorrow they find out WHERE they matched.
Best of luck to any health professionals and friends or family members who are anxiously awaiting tomorrow or who may still be in the process (sort of a second round of matching if they didn’t match initially) of finding that “match”!!!

Yes, about peds. Many programs did not fill their spots and many, many less candidates for the spots. It’s a shame that peds is a low choice in medicine because the reimbursements are not good. Also a shame for our most precious in society, kids.
