Those need blind schools get large numbers of applications because of their funding for need-admitted students. You have to be the best student from your country to even have a remote chance. Apply and see, but you need to have safety options.
If you get funding for schooling in the US, will you have a job back home after graduation? Remember that the universities will educate you, but you will be expected to return home after graduation.
There is no shortage of US citizens with business degrees. Sponsorship, by a US business, will be exceedingly difficult, so make sure your degree will be marketable in your home country.
The very vast majority of students get rejected from these need blind schools that also meet full need. The acceptance rates are in the low single digits. Of those who are not accepted, most are also highly qualified.
As noted, your region draws a LOT of applicants to these elite colleges. Your application will be reviewed alongside the others from your region. Even being near the top of anything is not a guarantee for admission.

You need to be truthful about your ECs. The chances of a school contacting you to confirm ECs is tiny given the number of applicants and how much time that kind of thing would take for everyone who looks unrealistic. If they think you are exaggerating they are more likely to just reject. I am not saying they will think this but you need to ensure what you put in is truly reflective of what you actually did. Common app asks for hours you spend on each activity,
Colleges like deep commitment to ECs so this is totally fine.
Loose quote from an information session at a T20ish: we donāt like it when we suddenly see a bunch of new activities from junior year. We prefer deep commitment to fewer activities.
=Basically, colleges can see through people trying to suddenly pad their resumes just for admission purposes.
However, i would be applying to study business or economics, and MUNās dont actually prove my interest in that subject will that pose an issue if yes then how to address this issue ?
Itās a fallacy that your ECs have to be connected to your major. I know a few people from my kidās school who have been accepted into really good schools in STEM subjects with their main ECs in things like theater and band.
