Lots of great suggestions by @AustenNut as always.

NJIT is good, but make sure you’re ok with its campus and location. Stevens is very good too. Between the two I’d personally lean Stevens. With merit, COA should come into the mid 40s I think.

They have now drastically reduced the number of students who can do a CS major so this should be addressed.

Overall, check how strong a school’s CS program is, not just the school’s overall rank/reputation. Especially if you want to do research.
