One option that wasn’t mentioned much on this thread was U. of Tulsa because you hadn’t seemed enamored of it on your last thread. You had seen that it had a religious affiliation and had concerns. Well, the president at U. of Tulsa posts here on CC and I asked on this year’s U. of Tulsa thread about religion on the campus. I think that his responses would allay your concerns, and thus would definitely recommend that you take a very good look at the university, as you would get a full ride there as a NMF, it has fewer than 3k undergrads, it has a large population of strong peers (at least 1/4 of the last two classes have been NMF), etc. I’d definitely recommend checking out the school.
