I am a high school junior currently.
I will be graduating with a 4.0(unweighted GPA)
30 ACT(planning to take again as I have only taken it once and it was my ‘trial run’)
Ideally will raise my ACT 2-3 points with studying
6 AP’s as of junior year scored all 4’s and 5’s
Lab Aide(a year long assistant to a science teacher) for 15-16
Completion of CTAE 3 year Healthcare Pathway with National Exam
Certified in Phlebotomy
Senior year will include a school-year long internship shadowing a doctor 3-4 days a week as well as national certification as a phlebotomist
Extracurriculars:
4 years Varsity Equestrian Team (Region and Zone Titles each year) (lettering requirements include community service)
2 Years Varsity Team Captain
Membership of HOSA (national healthcare organization)-3 years (includes community service)
Work experience each summer
Shadowing a doctor summer of 2016
Cultural immersion trip to Galapagos Islands with school group
