Yes, that info in college transitions for Wake is just wrong. The merit for those without need should tie to the 2022-23 CDS full undergrad population, lines H2A N&O, which it doesn’t. Separately, I do think the entire H2A section of Wake’s 2023-24 CDS is wrong though because all those numbers are significantly lower than previous years, including the two lines of athletic scholarships which seem way off. I sent their IR staff an email.

For OP, this is a good exercise in realizing aggregators may be inaccurate. So, if you have to double check the numbers, you might as well do it yourself/build your own spreadsheet. OP has the tools to do that now, at least wrt using the CDS to see non-need based aid merit details by school.
