Math 53 vs H53

<p>How much harder is H53 compared to 53? Do they review Math1a-1b material on the first week of class? Because the last time I took AP Calc was two years ago (got a 5 on BC).</p>

<p>If relevant, the instructor for math 53 is Fitzpatrick; Givental for H53.</p>

<p>haha! it was the other way around last sem. Math h53 was a lot more proof based and the hw was intense, but the midterms and stuff were more or less like regular (from what I saw) - this was Fitzpatrick (he was amazing!), and the curve was pretty good.</p>

<p>I heard a lot of horror stories from Giventals’ regular 53 class last sem…so yeah…</p>

<p>fitzpatrick is chill, he’s teaching 185 next semester if you really like the guy and want to shadow</p>
