Math AI SL affecting admission into Ivy Leagues

I have currently taken Maths AI SL, but i was wondering whether it would affect my chances in getting into Ivy League colleges in the future. The major i have in my mind is Communication Design. If it does affect in any sort of way i would like to know how.

I assume you mean a major like Communications Design, since I don’t know if any Ivy has that exact major. But for a non-STEM major, Maths SL is not a deal breaker, where it could be a negative for a potential STEM major.

Carnegie Mellon has a bachelors degree for Communication Design so, would that come under the STEM branch or not.

Carnegie Mellon is not in the Ivy League.

Actually, CMU probably has the best Communications Design Department, but it is not an Ivy. And no, I do not believe that IB Maths SL is a negative in this case.
