math department petitions

<p>Has anyone had experience with petitioning the math department for taking a math class that one has “AP’d” out of? I got a 5 on calcBC but want to start with Math 3A. What would the department look for when someone wants to do this? </p>

<p>i have the exact same question as you but mine is 4 on AB. also does anyone know if a 3 on the ap bio gets you out of LS1?</p>
