Math... ::falls down::

So i’m taking my third ACT this September.
And i took a prep class before the last one i took (didn’t help. As expected.)

I’m great in writing and English, passable in Science, but my math is… beyond horrid.

I’ve always been in all honors/AP classes except for my math, and i noticed a lot of the things on the ACT were never covered.

And this year i’m taking Comp. Sci as a math- i don’t even know what it is, but it doesn’t sound ACT certified.

So what would y’all recommend to boost the math?

Have fun with it. Thats all it is, learn basic rules. Most of the time what I do is just go from the answers, dont waste time trying to solve the problem, plug and chug from the answers. It saves a world of time.

same here, I’m only a sophmore, but I take practice tests every so often…but completely ignore the math section because I’m freaking lost. I take all honors, etc (no honors in LA though), ironically. This was my first result:

first english section (forgot name): 25
Second one: 28
science: 26

------good enough for me…at one of the schools I’m applying to, I get a FULL ride if I get a 26 or a 23 and maintain a 3.25

Yeah, i do that- the filling in of answers as opposed to solving. It works- but i’d like to know some of the stuff.

And that’s gorgeous!! What school!?
