This is a strategy that worked for me on several practice tests, and I’m guessing could help anyone who, like me, is stuck in the dreaded 550-600 range. Here’s what I did: I answered every question that I either immediately knew how to do or could figure out in 30 seconds or less. Any question I couldn’t figure out in 30 seconds I simply skipped. Then, once I finished, I answered B for EVERY omitted question. I did this on two practice tests and my scores were as follows:

test one pre guessing: 560
test one post guessing: 600
test two pre guessing: 580
test two post guessing: 630

Yes, I did take the time to score each test twice. I’m not sure, but I think I may have stumbled on something here, any opinions from veteran subject test takers?
