<p>I understand that UCs have a requirement of 3 years of Maths. i have done 2 years of high school maths in ICSE board in India which is very rigorous- similar to 3 to 4 years of California high school maths. is there a way for me to show equivalence? If I do AP for Maths AB would it qualify for 3rd year of Maths? Can you suggest any other test that helps me show my competency of 3 years of high scholl maths?</p>
<p>I wonder how it is equivalent to 4 years of California High School math. I would say that you should take the AP Calc BC test at least. </p>
<p>All of the people that I know in California High Schools took the AP test their Sophomore year, or their Junior year.</p>
<p>If your transcript doesn’t say what level math you have taken then you can take a college course that should prove you know the math.</p>
