MBA for college senior.

My second year of the three year BBA degree *** diploma got over this may. I am doing marketing internship in Coca-Cola India and will be giving the GMAT in mid December. I am planning to apply to the HBS 2+2 and Yale Silver Scholar Programs in January, before their second deadline. I have a CGPA (Cumulative Grade Point Average) of 8.9 on a scale of 10 which roughly converts to a GPA of 3.7 in the American system. I hope to get 720+ in the GMAT (I got 620 in the diagnostics). I have participated in a lot of management contests, have a lot of extracurricular activities, am a student council member, class representative of my class and a member of the Entrepreneurial Development Cell. I have helped organise many college events and led two teams for the organization of the Great Bengal Half Marathon that my college organised. I have received a great deal of appreciation from my manager (who I report to in my internship) for a report I prepared. I am therefore going to get a very prestigious project on Schweppes cans. But I got poor grades in my high school. What are my chances for the said B-Schools and what can I do to improve my chances further?
