As an undergrad, with a 3.5 GPA from Brown University, play on the football team, 1st generation American with internships at Wellington for 3 years and on track to work as an Associate upon graduation, are my chances for a top B-School good?

It’s hard to say exactly. What you’ve included on your post already sounds good, but you B-school application includes a lot more than just your GPA, undergrad school and internship. It sounds like a great start though.

Yeah, they sound good. Just work for a few years and get a good GMAT score.

Seriously, there’s no secret to getting in to business school. Get good grades, good test scores, good work experience, and have a good reason for going to school, and voila!
