Mc Gill -Reviewed, decision pending

<p>Hey Guys, </p>

<p>So I applied to Mc Gill in chemical engineering and in computer and electrical engineering. After I submitted my mid year report I got accepted to computer and electrical engineering: My status went from “further review required” immediately to “Accepted” without passing trough “Reviewed decision pending”. On the other side, my application to chemical engineering went from “further review required” to “reviewed-decision pending”. It’s been almost 15 days, but i don’t get it does it mean i’m not accepted? And why did they immediately accept me in Computer and electrical Engineering and not yet in Chemical Eng? Is it a more competitive program? </p>

<p>The best thing for you to do is to contact them via email or phone #.</p>

<p>But from my opinion, I think you actually got in to Computer/EE; maybe you missed the “pending” stage? </p>

<p>Chemical engineering is one the most competitive programs at McGill, next to Life Sciences. But don’t lose hope on some technicality like your application status; unless you actually get a rejection from the university, there absolutely no reason to think you didn’t get accepted.</p>
